ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Farideh Sadeghin is a chef, video host, and general good-time maker. She grew up in Maryland and was a chef in New Zealand for seven years before moving to New York City. She was previously the test kitchen director at SAVEUR magazine and the executive culinary director at VICE Munchies, where she hosted The Cooking Show. In her Substack newsletter, Farideh Is the Best, she shares recipes and videos from her home kitchen.

Jeanlouise Conway is Co-Owner and Executive Chef at Each Peach Market, a beloved specialty grocery store that has been a staple of the Mount Pleasant community in Washington DC for 13 years.
