An Armenian community cookbook compiled by the Trinity Guild of Fresno. Offers a wonderful mix of traditional home recipes from one of California’s historic Armenian communities (think braised lamb, lahmajoon, and kadayif) alongside global favorites like jello and chop suey. 

Back cover is torn, with a few pages showing small edge chips. Front cover has minor chipping along the edges and some staining. Otherwise complete and in good usable condition with intact spiral binding.
